I absolutely love this kit! Starting the first day I rubbed lavender, lemon, and peppermint on my neck. Invigorating!!!! The smell uplifted my energy and mood. My boss commented on my positiveness!! At 1130am Monday thru Friday I pump so i replied at that time! At night I applied lavender and peppermint. I slept great and relaxed. I applied to Karlee and Skylar diluted with coconut oil. Big difference in Skylar sleeping. I can cuddle with Landon!!!! That second day of work with oils my teacher was sick. So I was teacher! I absolutely loved it. I was energized. Then I decided to buy the family physicians kit and I joined doTERRA because the price wholesale is great!! The product works. I can't wait to learn more. I thank you dear friend who introduced doTERRA to my family.

Wow!!!!! Love doTERRA!!
Mastitis sucks!!!!
Sunday night my right boob starting hurting. I was in so much pain. Then while later I had a fever 101. I was miserable. Next night red hard hot spot on my boob. I worked first day. Second day I took off. I had just received my next kit Family Physician from doTERRA. I made it through 7 hours work with my lemon, peppermint, on guard and Motrin. the chills from fever had my muscles clenching. I was in so much pain. So Landon rubbed my back Sunday and Monday night's with francionated coconut oil, frankincense, on guard, deep blue, lavender, lemon, and peppermint. I rubbed lavender coconut mix on the spot. Hand expressed milk Monday and Tuesday Skylar breastfeed all day. I know I got over the infection because I fought with oils. Cause today Wednesday I feel fine and worked my booty off.
What we are using:
We love lemon, lavender, and peppermint for allergies. Really helps Karlee & Skylar. they also use Breathe now for a week. We do this every morning. I find these make my mood improve & are really uplifting. I've seen positives in Landon and I as parents. My boss has commented on ny positiveness!!! I feel so much better physically. I have energy. Landon thinks the same. It's amazing.
Our favorite oil is Deep Blue!!! It helps our pain and muscle cramps. My shoulder feels so good, not a pain in my neck anymore!!! Literally. I have had pain in my shoulder since the car accident back I'm April 2011. 3 years of tense muscles. I rub deep blue on it and relief.
I rub Landon back and he rubs mine starting at upper spine to lower. We use coconut oil, frankincense, melaleuca, me digestzen/ him breathe, deep blue, lavender, lemon, , then peppermint. This helps our muscles, bodies relax. We sleep so good. We are not yelling at the girls. We are communicating.
Im going to slowly document more and more. Im also updating my Facebook with some pictures. I feel awesome!!! Feel free to contact me for questions!!! I'm still learning & using & loving!

Teaching
I love my job! I love being an assistant teacher teaching preschoolers. I love Head Start. I think I'm qualified to be teacher next year. Just have to decide if I am ready to be a teacher and the responsibility. If I'm ready to be teacher. Considering I'm still in school and have my younger kids. I keep going back and forth in my mind. I love being able to create more because I have the time. Decisions. Decisions. I'm probably going to wait another year. Deep thoughts. ;-)

Breastfeeding photos
A year of breastfeeding!!!! I love the mom I am now. Im way better because I'm sharing every moment with Landon. His support makes me better mom. I go by our gut, our own choices. Breastfeeding until she wants no more!
Breastfeeding with Skylar
I just passed my one year nurse anniversary with Skylar. I hadn't planned on breastfeeding Skylar. 2 months before she was born my friend Tiffany talked to be about breastfeeding. So I went to a class. The class was at the same hospital I had Karlee, I was expecting the class to go badly. Instead the nurse was very informative. Answered all my questions. She stated that the hospital is not the same as 5 years ago. I then researched on my own through Google and Facebook groups. I truly believed that breastfeeding was the best way to go this time. On 3/13/2013 @ 812am Skylar was born weighing 6lb 5 oz and 18 3/4 inches. She was tiny and my boobs were huge! The difference in the hospital was so awesome. As soon as I got in recovery they brought me Skylar. I had her in my arms within 30 minutes. The nurse scooped her up and put her on my boob. The first latch was so great. I was in ah. Every question I had they helped me. They helped the baby latch until I had it down. The first 6 weeks was so hard but so rewarding. I also quit smoking cigarettes the day Skylar was born. So I thank Landon for being the stable one making sure breastfeeding was successful! The journey has been awesome.
Breastfeeding journey- Karlee
I planned in bottle feeding my daughter Karlee but in the end I gave breastfeeding a try. Bad decision. The nurse assigned to my room was no help wouldn't check the latch. Said it looked fine. They were insane! Bloody nipples within an hour of trying. I stopped within 24 hours.

Been awhile
Been so busy working. I started working on my Bachelors degree in October. Landon is so great with managing the kids and cooking. I'm lucky. Skylar was a year old on 3/13 and started taking steps 8 days ago. She loves showing me what she has learned with daddy during the day while I'm at work. She has great fine motor skills and is super smart. We ate starting my baby can read with her.
In August, I started at one Head Start Center. The teacher and I didn't see eye to eye. I was asked to help our another center. The other site needed me and my co-worker the teacher is awesome. She has taught me so much. I greatly appreciate all her help.
I love my job and with Landon help I started school in October. One class every 5 weeks online at University of Phoenix. I love it. I had to drop one class but I jumped back on schedule next class. I know I want to teach. Just not sure what grade. Prek, k, or first.
Kassidi just received a reading and spelling award from school. Her report card is great. She's being a great big sister. I love my mini me. In September, I'll be a mom for 10 years.
Karlee is still as silly as can be. She's learning and growing every day. I can't believe she will be 6 soon.
Landon is awesome! Great dad. Great other half. He's in so much pain and we are still doing the waiting game for disability. It's insane. So we are documenting my problems now while I'm working. My shoulder is constant pain. I also injured my knee last year. But I'm able to work. He is not.
Gizzmoe is pregnant due around April 5th. We tried so hard to keep our boy dogs away from her but failed.
